They conducted a very informal interview. , They asked vague, unclear questions, which they may use against you later. They provide little information about job, schedule and expectations. Had I known more details, I would not have accepted the offer or proceeded.

Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it

One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
