Up to 18 month process with interview, medical and aptitude test. Long periods with out hearing any updates unless you call and ask. Aptitude test is fairly similar to IQ tests.

Applied online in Vancouver. Passed the entry exam. Send out to Trenton for air crew exam. Passed the exam. Had an in person interview and medical check. Passed them. Got an offer.

Before the interview I was sent a test to complete within 1 hour via email. I had time to prepare my answers as the interview questions where sent to me 30min before it started. 3 people were there during the interview.
- Q: Give us an example of a time you were not able to meet a dealine. Q: Please describe a situation where you found errors in your work.

Fun to go through and easy to do. They asked few questions that wasn't hard to go through. They asked around 6 questions in total and it was around 20 minutes long.

Firstly apply online for basic screening, then take an entry exam. Once pass the score for officer, go to Trenton for the aircrew selection exam for 2 days. Once pass, do the medical exam and the interview. Stopped proceeding after the interview.

Very intense and thorough, but very important as well. I believe that in the process of this happening , they truly find out who is capable of handling such tasks.

Lots of questions about leadership experience and style. Questioned why I left previous jobs/ career. Asked about volunteer/ community involvement. Verified that I understood the potential to deploy and perform duties. Asked to explain the positions applied for Done over MS teams Took about 45 minutes.

Simple. Basic questions. They ask all the questions you would expect in a job interview. I need keep writing because of the 30 word limit. Try to be professional and composed.

Enrolment process was drawn-out as it included a medical examination, an aptitude test, and personal interview. Your choice of job was based on the score of your aptitude test, but did also need to advocate for you personal choice as they may try to steer you into something else to meet their hiring quotas.
