Entretien
I started working for Capgemini from Feb 2023. I had 3 rounds of interview. 1.) First round : HR called me for my details , They asked me some Basic questions regarding availability also asked me about resume details. (Telephonic Round) 2) Second Round : Second round was Technical Round. 3) Third round : The HR then scheduled the third round ,Third round was Managerial Round . 4)After third round was done, the HR called me and had an HR round(4th round) after which i was selected Finally I got the offer letter after 3 month.

Interviewer asked me a lot of Questions about my Technical knowledge + Confidence level + skills. 1) Able to relocate 2)Able to come work from office (Hybrid) 3)Given me one task about POS machine. 4) Are you ok with shifts .
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
