Including of technical skills and culture fit. And also my domain skills , communication skills and technical knowledge has been evaluated. They given the clear vision about company as well.

The interview process was quite smooth process as I was mainly asked on React and some core JS concepts. Also, the HR was quite interactive and kept me transparent about the process.

First coding assignment. That included DSA question medium level.
Then there was a walkin drive.
Which was face to face rounds , included technical discussion rounds.
And last HR round.
Took a week to get back and release offer. Which was informed prior by HR.

Interviewer started to introduce and explain HLD of project then started basic to deep drive topic of Java, spring boot, Mircroservices and Exceptional Handling.

The interview process at Capgemini was smooth and well-structured. It consisted of multiple stages, including an initial screening, a technical interview, and an HR discussion.
The technical round focused on my knowledge of Python, Django, SQL, and REST APIs, along with problem-solving and practical scenarios. The interviewer also asked questions related to my previous projects and experience.
The HR round covered general discussion about my background, communication skills, and willingness to work in a team environment.
Overall, the process was organized, and the interviewers were supportive and professional throughout.
