The interview process was not well-organized. The HR representative seemed confused and even forgot to send the interview link on time, which caused unnecessary difficulties. This level of unprofessionalism created significant inconvenience. Additionally, after completing the entire process, I was unexpectedly asked to rejoin for a picture because the interviewer had mistakenly deleted my photo after the interview. I don't understand why they are handling things in such an unprofessional manner, with little regard for candidates' hopes and efforts. I hope they improve their approach and take these concerns seriously.
