HR changed the job title to increase posting exposure and to get more 'hits' When contacted by HR, you may notice the job title has changed and pieces of the role/responsibility were either added or removed. Several behavioral questions, some technical depending on which phase of interview and the role/person who is interviewing you. Behavioral interview questions are abundant throughout the process. I was only able to build some rapport with the HR interviewer. Other role/interviewers were much more analytical and critical/serious and stern.
