Interviews were done in a professional manner, but its a lengthy process. It took a good 2 months to get through the different interviews (many of them) to finally get to the job offer stage.

There are typically 3 interviews before hire. Most of the questions are situational questions. Think “tell me about a time” situations. Sometimes if the hiring manager is not available to make the decision they can call you back for an interview follow up.
