It was quick and easy, did both interviews in one day. I talked to both managers in charge of the hiring process, and got called for a job offer at least a week after my interview.

Three step process, first have to get a "green" rating on questionnaire, then pass phone interview, then in-person.
All questions are generic based on the position you are applying for.
Hardest part was passing the personality questions in the automated online application, after that if you can pass a drug test you are ALMOST guaranteed a job offer.
Pretty simple interview process involving 2 different hiring managers. The questions were not too challenging, but did require you to think on the spot. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I have ever had.

Telephone interview - not sure if this was as a result of COVID-19 or if this is general practice. Very informal, only about 2 or 3 questions asked. Job offer was made on the phone.
