Had an info call about the role a while back and when I was ready to proceed with the interview process, the setup was fairly seamless. Had to reschedule once as the hiring manager was unavailable and then a day or so before my interview the interview met changed due to a change in personnel. The actual interview was more behavioral going over my experience and then a past project where I went in depth about the decisions I made. The hiring manager asked some questions along the way, nothing too obscure. However after the interview I have yet to hear back about anything, regardless of if they passed in my application or not. I even emailed the in-house recruiter I was communicating with and after almost a week, still no response. I think I read about similar occurrences on Glassdoor about this so if you’re reading this, it’s definitely true about them ghosting you. Any response is better than none. Poor communication it seems but I think it’s for the best as at least for me it may be telling of the work environment.
