The interview process was in person. I had one interview on a Wednesday and Friday I received a call stating I was hired for the position. Management is very interested in your career goals to see how they can best set you up for your future in the company. The interview process is very detailed. They want to know who you are, what your experience is, and the direction you want to go to ensure you are a good fit for the company.
