First is a phone interview with a recruiter if you get past it you will be schedueled for an in person either in NYC or Long Island-be prepared for weeks to go by! if the face to face goes well there will be a second with an RD - before coming aboard as a temp agency employee for a few weeks of in store shadowing with a 3 to 5 day trip to National Sales Training in between, you will then return to your home market to work beside existing reps where you have to hit your Qualifying numbers to become a codec wireless rep. and start earning commissions.
