I applied online and a few days later I got a call from corporate asking for an interview. I went into the branch to interview with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. It was pretty simple. Typical questions such as past experiences, why are you right for the job, then they asked questions relating to other jobs that included having a cash box and then scenarios.

Nothing was that difficult when you are prepared and have had the experience.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
