Worst recruitment HR! After applying I got an email from a recruiter and he scheduled the interview and linked me with a recruiter assigned for this opening. First round was with the hiring manager. The hiring manager liked my profile and asked me only a couple of basic questions and asked me how early can I join. The next round was with a couple of members from their team. One was an architect and another was a software engineer. It was an one hour interview and they seemed to be not prepared and do not know where to start. The ONLY technical question was "If a program takes longer time to get the data from the DB the how would you speed up the time". I answered the data should be in the memory so the retrieval time is fast and the interviewer said yes that's right. The other questions were about my experience and about the projects. That's all! After this I did not get any reply at all from the recruiter. I followed up with a couple of emails. It's a shame that that HR doesn't even have the basic courtesy to reply or even a simple yes or no. These HR should be first taught to learn that they are dealing with fellow humans and must know to reply with at least yes or no.

The recruiter went MIA during the process. I am disappointed in them. Workers minimized human contact through the application process, they made you complete this game that would test you on reflexes and memory. The application/interview process was very robotic and poor.

it was a 1-hour online interview. starting with tech questions, and then behavior questions. Questions are about programming languages. The interviewers are very nice, they guided me through each question.

It was a simple interview and asked questions about how I handle angry customer and interactions. The only other questions they really focused on was regarding adhering to a schedule and timeliness.

It was a quick process. Probably the shortest interview I’ve had. I got a good idea of what to expect from the company from the interview. The process was easy and I had a lot of guidance throughout it.

Application first. Recruiter will do a telephone mini interview; easy stuff. If it's a pass, she'll move you along to a zoom interview where you'll speak to 1, maybe 2, branch managers or higher ups. They'll say they'll try to keep it like a dialogue and ask for for conversational style interviewing. Overall, easy interview and personable. They definitely wanted to focus on the "customer obsession" aspect of the job description.

Be very careful interviewing here, I completed 3 rounds and I was offered the job, feedback was positive from everyone. They then came back and said as my team lead was off sick I had to have a 30 min chat with him, they said it won’t be a interview as you have done that. When I took the call there were two on the interview and all they asked was questions, really odd ones too unrelated to the job. I could sense something wasn’t right and today the agency called to say he has overruled everyone and declined me the position. They have a funny way of working probably best to keep out, really unprofessional and unorganised company. Hopefully they fail as banks will be gone soon I really hope so!

Online application first, then got a phone call to schedule a formal phone interview. Although the lady didn't have enough experience to run a branch yet, she was impressed by my customer service and customer relationship skills and refered me to a branch manager for another role. Very grateful for her willingness to help me find something else instead of cutting me out.

Handed resume in-person and applied online. A few days later, I called the branch manager and set up an interview for the following week. I met with the branch manager and another local branch manager to discuss my ambitions and how I would potentially fit into their team. Approximately 5 hours after the interview, I received an email from their Sr. Recruiter informing me they will move forward with me in the hiring process.
