Group interview and follow up one on one interview. Interviewer explains job responsibilities and company values. If you show knowledge about Chipotle's values you are pretty much a shoe-in. Chipotle prefers more outspoken types. Interviews are more of a conversation to be had with your interviewer regardless of if you are in a group setting.
