J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas (Gainesville, FL) en janv. 2014

Interview conducted on campus. Straightforward. Younger man I had met during the career fair, older HR lady. She read questions off a clipboard, he talked to me more casually. After running through standard questions like "what's your greatest achievement?" and her writing things down, I tried to steer to a more conversational interview, asking about their opinions on the company. Once I did this I felt I couldn't get a word in edgewise and they just talked until no one could remember the original question.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.

They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
