interview with HR, line manager team members, met over 7 people over 7 interviews, no real consistency in technique or structure.. lack of process, bad communication of feedback, no consistency of feedback style or content, lack of clarity regarding success factors, goals etc. no tech support for process, bad hr systems support,

Where do you work? What do you do to be successful?
Had an initial phone screen with recruiter. Followed up with multiple rounds with different managers. A month went by where I heard nothing back from the original rounds of interviews. Received offer after 2 months of initial application.

3 phone calls and one in person meeting on the campus. Initial screen by HR and then talking to direct managers. Was probably about one week between each of the phone calls
