round 1: 2 phone interviews; round 2: 2 in person interviews; round 3: 5 in person interviews with senior people as well as people at my level. They were all very friendly and wanted to know if I had the necessary core skills and whether I was passionate about the job.

basic stuff about background in finance and understanding of renewables sector
Spoke with different people spread out across different units, and got a great feel for personalities and operations. It was a great intro to a great place. I recommend it.
