1. Initial screening: a short call with the HR regarding my experience and the role, to see if it's a fit
2. A preliminary interview mostly based on my work experience and the projects I had worked on
3. A case study was sent over e-mail and I had 24 hours to solve it and submit a cover letter explaining my approach, an excel (analysis details) and a PowerPoint. There was then an interview based on the submission and some basic questions with the potential reporting manager
4. Another round of interview which was mostly skills based. There were some quantitative questions but most of it was diving deeper into past projects I had included in my resume
5. This was a weird one. At first the HR told me that I was done after the previous round, and they would send me the offer letter, but then another round was scheduled with the country head (one Mr. Harkesh Dabas) as he wasn't convinced with my profile. Mr. Dabas asked me a variety of questions, from puzzles to personal life to past experience, and finally, my "full name"; probably because my very generic last name doesn't betray stuff that my "full name" might.
This last round, specially that question about my "full name" didn't feel real at the time and I was absolutely baffled by it. After giving it a lot of thought, I thought I should put this out there and call out Mr. Dabas.
