Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Co-operators
Entretien
The hiring process was brutal I was told by another employee there I had the job then to find out when owner came back I had one more step to proceed with before I officially had the job.
Then district took us over and that was a nightmare and still is a nightmare.
They make you sign a 36 month contract you are only classed as temporary employees with them.
The wage is totally degradable. I have 23 years of insurance knowledge and experience and the most they would pay me is $19/hr and only 3 weeks holidays yet another staff member was able to talk them into 4 weeks holidays but would not compromise with me.
ADM (assistant dustrict manager)has no sales skills or insurance sales knowledge has sat behind a city desk and has no clue how the smaller centres function or run. Really good at dictating from her city office but doesn't have a clue how small places really operate.
They base their clientele on life sales and meanwhile these smaller centers are home/auto/farm/commercial based that is the business that keeps our doors open.
Hired as a office manager down the road but only given certain tasks and jobs such as can't approve holidays or time off thst has to go thru ADM however I am the one running the office and I don't even get notified by ADM what staff member is off that day or if I will even have enough staff to run with that day.
Staff members have goals to obtain when they haven't obtained them for 3 years they get demoted but get to keep same wages/holidays and job however in their contracts it states they will be asked to leave company. Can't meet goals obviously not the job for you!
Staff are allowed to run to ADM and DM to make complaints when they don't like some of the tasks they are asked to do in their jobs, how this is handled is basically they are given what they want and again the Office Manager is big passed. Staff has no respect for Office Manager or doesn't have boundaries and doesn't care what kind of job they do.
