Multiple rounds of interviews, plus a "homework assignment" to be formatted and presented to leadership. This was my first time doing an assignment for a job interview, while I understand the value it was quite a lot of work upfront.

Hiring manager asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions and also asked to give my thoughts on the UX/UI of the current company website. The HR felt a bit standoff-ish but overall, the interview was fine.

I applied online. Within a week, a recruiter emailed me, and we scheduled a phone call. I applied for a UX role, but the conversation clearly indicated that this team does not know what a UX designer does. The position should have been for a graphic designer.
