Ping ponged around cold call recruiters, who didn’t know what role I was being interviewed for and couldn’t answer job-related questions. Very poor and confusing experience and did not learn much about Coder.

Series of recruiter calls to talk about background
Submit application, phone call, interview--they are really smart and know what they are doing. I would recommend them. But make sure you know what you are doing and really know how to code.
