Phone screen and then technical assessment, the phone screen was straightforward but then you get sent a assessment with leetcode style questions. In my opinion these questions weren't particularly relevant to how the day to day of the job could be and gave me no indication of what would actually be done on the job. The person who interviewed me on the phone was very kind and knowledgable, however the assessment could be done differently going forward in my opinion.

I first recieved a 30 minute call from the HR. He asked me about my previous work experience. He asked me about my knowledge in various other technologies based on my resume. Post the call, i recieved a online assessment consisting of two programming questions. I completed the 2 in the 1 hour time frame allotted. However, I received a mail saying they are currently not interested.

1. A Coding Test 2. Phone Call with the recruiter. 3. Interview with Manager. 4. Take home API coding test. After the API take home test, I received a mail that you have not been selected further which was bit disheartening as I had put my best efforts to solve the problem.

It involved a phone screen with the recruiter then a code signal. The recruiter explained the role and all the processes in detail. Explained the compensation structure. I was not able to clear the online assessment
