So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

Online test followed by GD and HR round.They only checks about your communication skills and why you want to work with them.Be confident and give your 100 percent.They will also try to confuse you by asking same question over and over again.Always try to give relatable answer according to previous answer.

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
