Group Discussion Followed by Interview.Group discussion was having total 8-9 persons and 2-3 getting shortlisted.The interview was mainly based on personal questions. The presentation of the candidate is the thing they want and the only night shifts will be in the position.

So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
