    1. A quick telephonic discussion with a recruiter
    2. Phone interview with a panel:
    Basically they were taking turns and asked a gamut of questions for 40 minutes. It was so hard to make any real connections and/or prove problem solving skills, thought process or one's capabilities.
    What would such an interview format prove other than if the resume profile fits their mold?
    I got the impression they wanted replicas of themselves. Please come up with a less biased and more standardized interview format if you want to hire talented people.

    Communicative at first - Recruiting screen, hiring manager screen and then an in-person panel. They let me know they had more candidates to interview but then went dark with no response. The first excuse was that the recruiter was on vacation and then nothing. I thought it very rude and unprofessional to ghost a candidate who took time out of their current job to complete a 3 hour panel interview and then not even give a written decline.

    Applied online in September 2019, received a call from a recruiter in December 2019, and had two follow up interviews.

    The first interview was with Talent Acquisition and the questions were surface level and did not go into anything related to the position itself. The second interview was with a hiring manager and was rescheduled three times, across two different people. The hiring manager also asked very surface level questions and had lackadaisical answers to critical questions for a potential candidate. I received the message that they were moving on a month after actually having the interview. Overall, it was the worst interview experience I have had to date.

    The interview was easy and pleasent I was contact from recruiter from Columbia for this position. We first had the phone interview it went well then a 2 group interviews, 3 people per group. It was very casual and laid back. The recruiter did a good job with keeping me updated on the process also when I emailed my thank you letters I received some responses from the interviewers, so that was positive and encouraging.

    The recruiter was late for the call (25 min) . I had to send her an email to confirm if they were still interested in having the call. She did not apologize and acted dismissive and very cut and dry. You could tell she was uninterested and wanted to find any excuse to end the call quickly. I was not surprised she did not proceed with the next steps even though I was very qualified for the position

    Straight forward. Phone interview a couple times. Flown in and met with management and cross-functional team. Clear and concise communication on expectations and dates needed for me to start. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

    I applied online, got called for an interview, got interviewed and then instantly got the job! It was easy and the people are super nice! I always get nervous for interviews but the lady who interviewed me was very friendly and it made me feel very comfortable with my decision!

    Platitudes and pablum.
    Knowing they only had three interviews scheduled for this post, I was not surprised that I wasn’t offered the job. It wasn’t my best interview effort.
    However, after being forced to return a phone call to find that out, but being told, “If anything comes up in the future, I’ll keep you in mind”, I would have expected maybe not a direct call when the job was reposted a month later...but at least a response to my email or voicemail.
    At the end of the day, you gotta wonder if you want to work for a company that doesn’t do what they say they’ll do or even adhere to the lowest bar of professional courtesy.
