You don’t have to agree with feedback you think is unfair just to be polite. I applied online and was contacted through email to do a phone screening that was automated. It was basically an easy interview that was asking a question and you have your answer. The benefits were not very good. Turn around time between interviews were slow.

A series of remedial JEE 6 questions via an online application. Then three rounds of tech interviews on-site.
One reviewer argued with me about how Spring Security worked.
The last reviewer then gave me a simple problem on a piece of paper, asking "what the method does"? I guessed quickly and said "find prime numbers"? I hadn't worked on any math problems lately and was rusty.
He then made me step line by line through the problem and write next to the paper what the values of each passed parameter were at each line. I found this trivial for someone already working at a senior level.
After this, the reviewer became impatient and walked me to the elevator in a hurry.
