The hiring process was very easy, I meant with my market director and had an 1 on 1 interview. He was very nice and has become a friend. I know that I am able to go to him with any issues or concerns that I might have and he answers them right away every time.

What are my career and personal goals that I have and where I see myself in 5 years. He also asked why I wanted to try this career and asked what my financial goals were. Don't stress and be yourself you will do fine. Amazing opportunity for someone to take. The market directors are nice and very understanding. You will be glad you took it
I met in my person with the local sales leader, discussed the process and whether or not I felt like I could sell the product. I thought it was a simple process that was very beneficial.

Easy interview with a nice interviewer!! They asked direct questions but still tried to make me feel at home in the process. They were a little low on the salary i was looking to make.

I had a phone interview with the district manager through an employee referral. I was asked a series of questions about my experience as an insurance producer, my current employer, and skills and training I may have had while employed. I was then asked if I would like to make money while helping others, and when I would be available for a ride along with another agent.
