It was pretty straightforward. The recruiter contacted me and then scheduled an initial interview with the manager of the team I was supposed to work for. Afterwards I had a panel interview with three other people including the hiring manager

Easy long background process. Study the company history and the community impact. Make sure to use STAR method during your interview. The panel is more about just being yourself and letting them get to know you.
