Had several interviews regarding the role. While everyone I met through the process was nice, they all seemed unprepared to interview candidates. Ultimately, the company seemed very poorly organized internally.
The interview process was deeply chaotic and revealed glaring management issues at play. There was an initial phone screening, and then two on site interviews, the first being a panel and the latter a 1:1 with the role's direct supervisor. In both on sites, the interviewers were clearly unprepared to conduct the interview and in the case of the 1:1 had no idea they had an interview.

Fairly generic questions about my background and experience, there was little role specific questioning.
Met with two employees, asked the standard questions. Did not get a great vibe from the team and was not sure that it was a place I would enjoy working. I never heard back from them after the interview so it must have been mutual.
