* It was two interviews. Interviewers made it easy to speak to them.
* Some scenarios given on what you would do if a customer should have a specific issue.
* How you would handle a irate customer.
* Answer the tell me about giving any previous customer service experience.
Interview was done in 2015 but that option not available so the closest was selected.

Entretien
You have to take an assessment - it's the same one many ask you to take. It is not hard, just questions about personality and what would you do situations.

If a coworker was negative and it affected the environment, and people began to talk, what would you do?
it was really pleasant and they're very professional. I would definitely recommend others to apply as well. good company and very good staff. Good luck and i hope others get hired as well.
The interview was pretty easy and quick they ask a few questions about your experience and that was mostly it wasn’t to much more outside of that and why I would be a good fit for the team
