Very informal, Interviewed with someone who worked in supply chain, not someone from H.R. Two people, one mostly asked the questions and talked while the other mostly took notes. Most questions related to how I handled situations in the past and my experience relevant to the position. Overall, a relaxed interview experience.

Was a very behavioral interview process, nothing much from there. I received an interview last minute and received an offer exactly a week after the interview. The interview was at the Houston headquarters and was more behavioral than technical.

They asked about previous jobs and experience. If I worked while going to school, the commute. Small things as such.
The process was very laid back and the interviewers made me feel very welcome. There were mostly behavioral questions and a few situational questions based on prior experience using the STAR method

Entretien
The people there were really friendly and they have someone come talk to you before your interview slot to get to know you and to ease your mind and give you suggestions on how to go about the interview. It was very quick and simple questions and there were some behavioral questions.
