Emailed confirmation of interest, Scheduled phone interview, Invited to interview in person with 2 managers including the hiring manager. They do not pay for transporation to interview site (no flight, cab, parking, etc.) Phone interview was basic, in person interview was ambiguous and unorganized. I was not impressed with the caliber of the hiring managers, more concerned with repeatedly telling me how low the compensation was than asking questions about my work ethic or past successes. A very conservative company that does not offer a competitive bonus structure.
