The interview process was long and drawn out---over five months! After three phone interviews about a month apart, I was invited to Denver for the day to endure three other interviews, each lasting only a few minutes each. These on-site interviews were very rushed because the interviewers were also conducting new employee training at the same time. I should have taken this as a bad omen. The company is very scattered and operationally consists of starts and stops. No consistency in the long run and nothing gets accomplished.
