It was an okay experience. The interview questions were pretty standard and it was over the phone because of Covid regulations. That being said, when it came time to discuss compensation packages, it was extremely low, about 30% below average for the position.

Three steps. For the sales teams applications, you go through three different sales directors. A plus if you have previous fx experience. They will ask for game plans on how to achieve the given quota.
