Very unprofessional and disappointing process. Recruiter reached out, had a screening with the recruiter and never communicated with me again after that. Received an email weeks later saying they moved on with other candidates.

    They had an in person test in NYC that about 200 people took. Those who passed moved onto phone interviews. Mostly technical questions. Last round is in-person super day, but I didn't make it that far.

    The rounds included one HR interview, a first round interview and a super day interview (consisted of 6 interviews and a very casual lunch with the team and other candidates). The process took approximately two months from when I was contacted to when I received my offer.

    I first applied for an entry-level job in the finance department. I got a phone interview request. I waited for the interviewer to call at the scheduled time and he didn't, and hours later I was told something came up and he had to reschedule. Once rescheduled, I had a phone interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. Extremely difficult, technical questions, so for a few I had to admit I was not sure. Felt terrible about it after, but less than an hour later, I got an in-person interview request. I came in to the office and had two, back-to-back 30-minute interviews, one in-person and one on videocam with someone in the NY office. I felt good about it. I was told it was the final interview. About a week later, I was asked to come in for another interview and was told it was for a different role. Mind you, an even more interesting role that technically required 2 years of experience though I am entry-level but they said it was fine because they had seen my experience on my resume. The hiring manager had seen my resume in the company's stack and wanted me to come in for this role. Amazing interview in the office with four people-- three at once with two people in-person and one over videocam, and then one over videocam. Both lasted thirty minutes. I was called the next day and told I should expect a soft offer the next day. The next morning, they called and offered me the job. I took the weekend and accepted the next Monday. Next came the background check and drug screen, etc. You will be drug tested 3-5 business days after you pick up the official offer letter in person.

    Very long process. Interview with different departments, and a case study at the end. Meet department head. Very straight forward and smooth. After that had to complete an assessment and if pass move on to the next stage which was pretty frustrating.

    Reached out to the recruiter who then scheduled a 30 minute phone interview consisting of almost all technical questions. upon passing that i was invited to a 3 hour in person super day. questions were mostly personality with a few brain teasers and very difficult technical

    I applied online and went through an accelerated process that consisted of an initial phone screen, insight day, then final round interview. The final round was only CV-based/conversational with no technicals.

    I only write here because of the extremely unprofessional nature of my recruiting experience that led me to decline this firm. Firstly, for both the spring day and final round I had transportation difficulties. where I had scheduled my flight and interview through CS but only 3 days before received email from HR of a reception earlier that day. To make this I requested a flight change, but HR refused to accommodate, yelled at me over the phone, then cancelled my return trip (which I was not informed of)- I had to travel back and forth out of my own pocket.

    More importantly my final round was forgotten. After waiting over a half hour in the waiting room, I requested to speak to the organizers, who informed me that my interviewer had arrived at the correct time, but "nobody had led me over" to the room in which he was waiting- so he eventually left. At this point, most senior bankers had gone home and organizers scrambled last-minute to find someone who would interview me. Upon completing the interview I was walked out by my interviewer himself because HR was nowhere in sight- they had also gone home.

    HR/Recruiters must be more organized. Despite my (and any candidates) preparation I sensed a lack of respect for potential employees. I developed a rapport with the senior bankers, but the overall unprofessional experience was a source of motivation for accepting an offer elsewhere.

    I went through a Super Day interview process where I met five CS professionals (one from HR, and four individuals from the M&A group). The HR interview was behavioral, and the interviews with them M&A professionals were based on testing my knowledge of finance, accounting and math.

    Applied online and was contacted via email by a recruiter within days. Had a brief phone interview that was more informational than anything else, and was told that the position I had applied to was already wrapping up the recruitment process but that my resume would be kept on file. Was contacted about a week later with another position and had an in-person interview at the office. Interview was about an hour total, with two 30-minute sessions with the team leader an an assistant VP. Both were very friendly and asked all behavioral questions.
