Pros Don't make me laugh! Cons 1. They waste your time. 2. They lie. 3. They let you attend seven separate interviews then change their minds about what they want in a candidate 4. They don't care about people. Please don't apply to work for them. If you do, don't let me take you through seven interviews. I implore you. I recently completed several interviews for a remote position with the e-Commerce team. After a month-long interview process, my recruiter came back to me and told me the team had changed its mind about what they were looking for in a candidate. Just, changed their mind. This change is so abrupt and sudden, I now believe I was never seriously considered for the role. The team was simply stringing me along hoping a better candidate would come along. When it came time to conclude my interview process, they abandoned ship and left me holding the bag. While I don't believe I am owed the position, I do believe I am owed honesty. Seven interviews and nothing to show for it! I didn't lose out to my competition. They just changed their minds! Thank you, Crocs, for wasting my time. Thank you for smiling in my face, getting my hopes up, and letting me down completely. Congratulations, you added more suffering to the world and made it worse place. You can't treat me or other people like this. People matter. I matter.
