It was pretty easy. No seminar. Just an hour talk. Discussed metrics and expectations. Discussed the job and Indianapolis. Talked about how deal with Lilly worked. Talked about my background. Talked about how benefits worked.

very good process and nicely interacted. six scientists have interviewed me. Mainly technical questions about NMR, GC, HPLC, and MS. HR related questions are a few.

This interview was a technical interview where they asked me questions on analytical chemistry. This was difficult for me since this area is something that I am not very fluent in. I have no doubt that a well trained chemist could have answered these questions better than I did.
