In general, everything was at a good level. They asked many clarifying questions about previous experience. They asked about my expectations and subsequently took them into account in the offer.

I saw the vacancy at the web-site, and applied there. After a few days I was contacted by the HR manager. He suggested to fill in the skills sheet to be evaluated. Also complete CV was attached. After two week I was invited to initial interview with HR manager. We spoke for an hour and he decided to present my profile further. After three weeks I was invited to panel specific interview. It lasted two hours with questions concerning my skills. A lot of questions were connected with problem solving ability as well leadership. It was suggested to put aside my profile due to significantly different working area.
