Competence based interview based on Danone's core competencies: Committed, Open, Doer and Empowered - You need to have examples relevant to the role to demonstrate successful experience in all the competencies. You also have to do CB SHL numerical and verbal tests, and you need to be 60+ percentile (which is not the same as passing). Third interview is an operational case study related to a 3PL underperformance and what measures would you put in place to improve performance.
