Applied online and was contact a month later by a recruiter, answered some basic questions about my experience. Had a video interview where I solved a few coding problems.
I was able to skip the take home problem as I had worked for two competitors of DataDog and a lot of that work was open source. I was invited to come to New York for an in person interview. This is where the charm was lost, I interviewed with six people mostly engineering team leads, with an hour interview a piece. There was only one whiteboard interview that I admit went poorly but about half way through it I realized my mistake but the interviewer insisted I try and solve it with my bad design before I could go back and fix it.
After the interview was over I was told I would have an answer about a week later. A week later comes and I had a job offer from another company with a 48hour deadline, I let my DataDog recruiter know this. The deadline day comes and I have not heard from my recruiter. I had to call some random recruiter in DataDog to find out my recruiter had left on a two week vacation. They informed me that I didn't get the job.
My original recruiter reached out to me and apologized and asked if I wanted feedback once he got back from vacation, I responded I would love feedback. It's been about nine months since then and I've never heard from the recruiter since.
One knowledge interview and one technical interview afterwards. Knowledge was fine. During the tech one, the interviewer was not listening. The problem was a standard one. Got rejected after second round.

Screening RH, qui mentor durant le process, puis deux rounds, le deuxième avec 4 test différents. Bon feedback tout du long. C'est fluide et le RH est là pour aider à préparer les sujets.
El proceso constó de tres fases principales. Primero, apliqué online a un puesto de trabajo disponible. Posteriormente, pasé a una entrevista técnica de aproximadamente una hora, enfocada principalmente en el desarrollo, integración y securización de APIs. También discutimos estrategias de despliegue, monitorización y gestión de recursos en la nube utilizando el ecosistema de Azure. Por último, realizamos un ejercicio conversacional sobre buenas prácticas de código y arquitectura. Fue un proceso fluido y el equipo fue muy profesional.
