After applying online I was invited for two 1:1 interviews. The first one was with HR and the content was "typical HR" (career achievements, language skills, career aspirations, salary expectations...) and not to hard. The second interview was with a Senior Manager around my technical capabilities and previous professional experience. Eventually I was selected for a panel discussion with the partner and 2 directors where I had to read a case and discuss that with them afterwards. The panel discussion was pretty tough but I seemed to have passed it since I did receive an offer.

Process begins with the typical psychometric testing, after which a recruiter calls you via phone to find out more about you as well as discuss the teams that might you might be interested in joining and then receive an invite to assessment centre followed by a partner interview.
