First-round review of resumes to evaluate fit. It was several years ago now and I really don't remember much about the process. I worked with a recruiter and I think my resume was also reviewed by the hiring manager.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
