The initial process was quick and the recruiter was nice. However, he never came back. I pinged him but got no reply. PS: I am seriously considering to use podman and convinced my team to do so.

Really disappointing. The recruiter didn’t care about my experience, she only asked me a couple of question but it was quite clear she wanted to end the interview ASAP. She didn’t answer my questions and seemed quite rude. When I asked about the company culture, she immediately changed the subject and ended the conversation, massive red flag! Don’t waste your time with this company

No feedback for over a month... This is unprofessional behaviour at its best. I'm not sure how a company wants to attract talent with this kind of behaviour, especially in times like these

Initial call then lots of helpful info from HR. Honestly, they really help you prepare. The next stage was with manager of the data unit I'd be working with. I could tell he wasn't happy from the moment I saw him. I really did want the job, I love the tech. After the interview (with this guy only) I asked how I did, he said nothing negative. I got rejected. Last time I looked on linked in, they are still searching for the one!

I applied and they got back the day afterwards, asking for an interview in 2 days. I agree. No reply/zoom link within 24 hours. I ping them the day of the interview to get confirmation, no reply. I text the recruiter on Linkedin suspecting some issues with email delivery through their recruitment platform, and I am ghosted entirely. I was thinking the recruiter had a hearth attack just after reaching out to me, but she has been active on Linkedin ever since. Very unprofessional behavior.

The actual interviews were very straightforward I enjoyed meeting the team. The recruiter was unpleasant and I had to ask her multiple times after my second round interview for an update. She didn't even reply she just sent a generic HR message saying I wasn't selected. I think it's unprofessional and reflects badly on the company when a candidate goes through multiple round of interviews and then the recruiter doesn't even have the courtesy to send an actual follow up email with feedback.
- Standard interview questions. Asked about using Google analytics and data to quantify work. Asked about a project I have managed in the past.

I completed all rounds of interviews with Docker: 1x - Recruiter screening 2x - Hiring Manager 2x - Technical (solution, coding) It went smooth in my opinion, and the recruiter asked me to wait for an update, and several times apologized for the delay in the process. After two weeks the recruiter asked me for a video call, to tell me some news. After I responded with my availability, I haven't heard back from him. Ghosting is the last thing I expected from Docker, this looks very unprofessional.
- General understanding of docker products, solution architecture, security, and live coding challenge.

After I applied, had a chat with an outsourced recruiter, not a docker recruiter which is random since my resume passed through their filter. The recruiter made me list everything on my resume line by line, and spent time confirming everything I said- not willing to have a friendly conversation - which is the first red flag. Then had a chat with the hiring manager/a higher up who I expected to be friendly, but not at all. Listen I understand that some of us are nerdy, but we should not be rude- asked plenty of questions, and half of them were not even asked back- never once was my opinion asked about- another major red flag (this comes off as being a narcissist). Felt like I was judge the minute I came on the call...this is probably why they have one of the highest turnover rates oh and of course, no feedback given

Applied online, screening with the recruiter, short interview, rejected after screening without any other interview, though I have a lot of experience and I am not the kind of manager who never coded and without a technical background.

- Applied Online - Interviewed with Technical Recruiter - Interviewed with Hiring Manager - Interviewed with Engineering Manager RED FLAGS: - The hiring manager showed up to the interview in her PJs and had the mouth of a sailor (curse words were almost every other word out of her mouth). Not professional at all! - Recruiter followed up with me to ask what I talked about with the hiring manager and if I could email him the information. What was a bit weird was that he asked me not to mention it to her as if he forgot to do a part of his job and needed me to give him the info.
- No questions were really asked by the Hiring Manager. Engineering Manager Questions: What's your experience with MDM and IDP tools? What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
