J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Docusign (Seattle, WA) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Recruiter call followed by a written survey of about 20 questions. Three one hour interviews in Seattle. The whole process took about a month. Typical sales history, style, challenges - type questions.
I did follow up with all of the people involved. Got no reply for a couple weeks. Then the recruiter called and said he would reconnect to let me know. No follow up or closure at all. I suppose this is the new way to doing business but when you have 5 interviews and take a half day off of work it would be nice to at least get some closure.
Overall they seemed nice but young and inexperienced. I felt like they were treading water and somewhat overwhelmed.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We typically always circle back with everybody who we speak to. We're sorry we did not in your case and hope you found a great job.

Really swift and positive. Good Information given and direct feedback. Seemed like a really good place to work for and people to work with. Would highly recommend. Discovery call was challenging in a good way

I interviewed with Docusign for an Account Executive role. All men interviewed me in every round. I got to the final round, and they kept asking me what information the recruiter gave me prior to the final round interview. Leadership seems to have issues with the recruiting team and didn’t offer the eposition because they felt the recruiter helped me too much. Very backwards and unfair to the candidate. I stayed with my current job after all that, where the salary is higher actually. Dodged a bullet.
Pretty standard interview process: 4 rounds (Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Presentation > Final Round). Never received any feedback or a decision after the final stage which was pretty frustrating.
