Applied in person, set up an interview with the manager two days after. After going on a wild goose chase to find her, she took me to her office near the front of the store. Interview was more of a job description than anything. Told me she'd call me tomorrow ("for sure") after she checked with her assistant. Never got a call.
Brief and to the point, not a lot of questions, mainly checking availability and other minute details. As long as you have relevant experience, the hiring process is short. The longest part was the background check which can be slow.

quick and laid back, asked a few questions about your work experience, does let you know ahead of time to bring two forms of ID. They make you feel comfortable enough to understand what the job entails and walks you around the store to let you know where things are and what to expect.

I interviewed and it went well and then I was given a background check and then ghosted after it came back clear. I guess they didn't really need help after all.
