One round with managers and regional leader. The experience was nice. I learned a lot. But I did not get the job in the end. Recommend to apply for job in Dow.

interview was in both English and Chinese; also it is just fare interview asking general information such as what class are you taking; why you choose dow chemical. Hiring is not bad at all, I just wait for the confirmation from HR.

Entretien
Process took about three months. Started with a phone screening that lasted about 20 minutes. About 2 months later I had a face-to-face interview with the Environmental staff (5 staff members) which lasted about an hour.
Most of the questions where related to my past work related to Title V permitting and Federal Regs mixed with a few behavioral questions.
