Entretien
After a few rounds of online testing, got to the AC that involves group exercises and 1-to-1 interviews. If you pass this there is a final interview with a senior manager/partner, typically lasting up to 1 hour.

AC: Work together in a group to understand a brief and try to solve the problem within a limited time.
The whole process was good, the recruiters were nice and had a good impression of the company. After the final interview I received positive feedbacks and then I have been ghosted, they didn’t even answer to the follow-ups
An interractive accounting/consulting test with a very gamified interface. They first sent an email confirming my application then a link to the gamified consulting/financial advisory experience. Then the experience is ended with a 1 way video interview with a very short time to prepare.

Entretien
Psychometric test with one video question at the end. Reading comprehension, numerical, pattern recognition and then a singular question video interview. Very standard process, similar to other large consulting companies.
