The interview process consisted of around 10 calls and a panel. After the final interview I did not receive any follow up with the outcome of the interview process which was a disappointing candidate experience

First round - take home assignment. Write a console application according to given instructions. 2nd Round - Talk about take home assignment, why you chose certain design aspects. 3rd Round - General background/talk about previous experience. 4th Round - System Design
- They asked questions about why I chose to use certain logic in my take home assignment and general questions about C#. They also asked me typical system design questions including drawing a design diagram and asked questions about how to improve performance, reliability, etc.

Both interviews were hosted on Zoom. On the second interview the second person interviewing me didn't even want to take the time to join us. I then heard no response from them for 2 weeks and when i contacted their HR team their response was that i was not qualified enough to do what is essentially a "Lead QA" position. (Take note that i have a decade of experience in the industry and have led multiple teams.)

I had a great interview experience overall. It included a test, followed by 4 interview rounds (test-based, problem-solving, architecture design, and behavioral/communication). HR was very helpful throughout the complete process.

Interview was conducted by one male employer and had 2 others mostly listening, asking questions eventually close to the end. The main person conducting the interview kept interrupting me during all of my answers, It was very uncomfortable and I had to try to finish my line of thought after his long interruptions. I am honestly not sure if he did that consciously though, He seemed to be a very outspoken person and excited to talk about the work at the company. Still, it was not a good experience.

Good and standardised interview process conducted. Very professionally driven. My interview went up for a span of couple of months. I had about four rounds of interviews out of which the first one was HR initial round followed by Onboarding round and two technical rounds and finalised by the HR discussion.
