The interview consisted of 6 interviews. First one was a general chat about the position with the recruiter. Then another interview with one of the lead engineers about the position and my experience. Then it is followed by 3 technical interviews. Lastly, there is a soft skills interview. The interviews were the most organized and well prepared interviews I have ever seen. They are really professional and everyone I've talked to was very kind, helpful and encouraging.
- C++ questions. Algorithm and data structures questions.

I did a technical interview that was an online coding challenge in a web platform. It consisted in some javascript, react and algorithms questions, it was easy level but with limited (short) time to complete. After that I interviewed with team PM and tech lead.

It was a very quick process to begin with which was great for me as I have been out of work for 6 months. The team were friendly and determined to make a decision before Christmas but unfortunately the final call was conducted after the Winter break. This was actually useful as it gave me time to come down from the whirlwind and really consider the opportunity. The team were friendly and always kept in touch.

Initial screen with HR (30 mins), another 30 mins with hiring manager to discuss the role and assess fit, and then a panel interview with 2 would be team members (technical, scenario questions). EA then put a pause on the role, but my understanding was that there would be a couple more rounds following.

I applied online for a Technical Director position. I completed a 2h home assignment, and was invited to a total of 7 one-hour interviews. The team members were all very friendly, polite and respectful. I sincerely had a great time. So this rating is aimed to only review the process itself. The interview questions were unexpectedly easy. It took more than 5 interviews until someone was able to really explain the specifics of the role, including with which team the candidate would actually work with. Prior explanations were quite vague and sometimes conflicting. There seemed to be little to no internal exchange to see if it makes sense to proceed with a candidate. Eventually I didn't get an offer due to the lack of experience managing large teams - a detail obvious from my CV and early on discussions. Why would that realization take 7 interviews? The entire interview process took over 6 weeks.

Applied and the process was relatively quick, but ultimately despite my experience, received a generic "we will not be moving forward" after 7 interviews. Ultimately very disappointing. Process as follows: - Phone screen with recruiter - Met with hiring manager - Panel of 5 separate cross-functional team members that you'd work with I'm truly shocked that despite my experience and where I felt the conversations were going based on what was discussed and the overall vibe, I just received a generic rejection. Really puzzling and from the sound of it, just so much bureaucracy internally that I don't expect to hear back on the additional details I asked for.

The interview process consisted of around 10 calls and a panel. After the final interview I did not receive any follow up with the outcome of the interview process which was a disappointing candidate experience

It was smooth and good.overall good experience. Based on c++ mostly. Oops was major. 1 to 3 rounds. Online test was not that difficult. Its consists of mcq and 2 coding questions.
