Applied online. Was sent a “homework” assignment to complete. Week 1: phone interview with recruiter who was very nice and engaging Week 2: interview with Controller who talked about current needs and challenges of the department Week 3: interview with CFO who asked a few questions but didn’t seem interested/slight aloof
